Rocket Rascals is licensed to you, not sold. Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that a parent or account holder can cancel at any time in Apple ID settings.
Licence
Rocket Rascals is licensed to the Apple ID holder, not sold. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies, and these terms add to it. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Premium subscription
- What you get: no wait between launches, paint for every rocket part and up to 10 saved games.
- Length and price: one month, £1.99 in the UK. Other countries are priced by Apple.
- Payment: charged to the Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal: renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel: in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds: handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
For parents
Purchases use the Apple ID on the device. We recommend Ask to Buy or Screen Time restrictions if a child uses the device. In-game resources and rewards have no cash value.
Using the game
Play for fun, as intended. Do not reverse engineer or tamper with the app or use it to break the law.
Ownership
Rocket Rascals, its artwork, sound and code belong to Fosters Digital. You may not copy or redistribute them.
No guarantee
The game is provided as it is. We work to keep it running well but cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the app in the 12 months before the problem.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting any rights you have under the law where you live. We may update them and will publish the new version here with a new effective date.
